  15. GALer is a GAL device programmer and the necessary software.
  16.  
  17. I give permission for anyone to freely distribute the SOFTWARE so long
  18. as all files are distributed with it. In no way should any part of
  19. GALer (software or hardware) be sold for profit.

  21. GALer is SHAREWARE. If you want to get the circuit diagram for the GAL
  22. device programmer please send 20 DM or 15 US $ to my address. If you want
  23. to send me a foreign cheque please add 10 US $ for cashing.

  25. If you send me a disk you will be sent the next update of GALer when it becomes
  26. available.

  28. Without the hardware (GAL device programmer) you can't program any GALs of
  29. course. The circiut diagram of the GAL device programmer is NOT freely
  30. distributable. It is also not allowed to sell the GAL device programmer
  31. for profit.

  35. GALer needs Workbench 2.0 or later. I have tested GALer on A1000,
  36. A3000 and A4000 machines, but it should run on all other Amigas too.

  43. Before starting "GALer" or "GALerTest" please note this:
  44. The programms "GALer" and "GALerTest" make use of the parallel port of
  45. your Amiga in order to control the GAL device programmer. So, please
  46. make sure that the only device which is connect to this port is the
  47. GAL device programmer. Disconnect all other devices which are connected
  48. to this port like printers, digitizers... . Otherwise it could be that one
  49. of this devices will be damaged.
